How to Download the app?
1- Google Play

For Apple iOS devices, click on the link or scan the relevant QR code to download the LinX CGM App onto your device.
3- If you can’t find the app on the store
• For iOS, mac, iPad devices, download TestFlight. Click on the link or scan the relevant QR code to download TestFlight.
• Open the invitation using the following link

How to Use Aidex-X Step by Step?
Get started with your Aidex-X in 3 easy steps:
1-Download the LinX CGMApp
Make sure to installthe LinX CGM App first.
2. Register an Account
- Use your email address to create an account and set a password.
- Password requirements: minimum 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one
number, and one special character. - Check your email for the verification code and log in.
- Once logged in, select the unit of measurement as mmol/L or mg/dl,
allow all permissions, and follow the in-app prompts.
Note: You can only log in to your account on one
mobile device at a time.
3. Insert the Sensor
Choose the insertion area:
- Back of the upper arm (with enough fatty tissue to avoid muscle).
- Or, abdomen (about 3–10 cm around the belly button).

- Ensure the insertion area is free from skin issues such as allergies,
redness, scars, or moles. - Choose an area with some fatty tissue for better comfort and stability.
- Make sure the skin is free from dust, oils, soap residue, or any other
substances that could affect the adhesive. - Disinfect the site thoroughly using 70% pure alcohol or an alcohol
swab. - Avoid colognes,
perfumes, sprays, hand sanitizers, or wet wipes, as these may interfere with
the adhesive. - Clearly distinguish between cleaning (removes barriers for proper
adhesion) and disinfecting (protects against infection). - Allow the skin to air dry naturally after disinfecting; do not
use a towel or tissue.
2-Apply the sensor
- Open the sterilized package, unscrew the applicator, and lift it out.
- Place the applicator vertically and firmly against the chosen area.
- Caution: Avoid pressing
down too hard on the applicator during insertion. - Press the white button on the applicator to insert the sensor.
3-After insertion
- Hold for about 10 seconds, then carefully remove the applicator.
- Smooth the edges of the patch with your fingers to avoid wrinkles or
lifting. - The sensor is now successfully installed.
4-Pair with the App
- On the home screen of the app, tap “Pair.”
- Check the device detected in the list (usually, there is only one SN
shown). - Tap to connect.
